Donations processed successfully through the payment gateway will not be refunded. Please choose the cause you wish to support and the amount you wish to contribute carefully. No amount will be deducted in case the transaction fails to process. No donation is small when it comes to helping the disadvantaged section of our society. Let us get on with giving!
However, if a donation is made in error, such as an incorrect amount or a duplicate transaction, donors may contact us within 7 days of the transaction to request a refund. Refunds will be processed at our discretion and will be issued using the original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
Refund requests can be submitted via email at info@kcthelp.com along with transaction details, donor name, and reason for the refund request. We will review each case individually and respond accordingly.
In the case of fraudulent transactions or unauthorized use of payment details, we encourage donors to contact their respective banks immediately and inform us so that necessary actions can be taken.
